What price do I charge my clients?
Resellers are responsible for providing billing services to their clients.
You can charge whatever prices you want. For example if you order our Lite plan for £2.50 per month and charge your client £7.50 per month for it, thats a total profit for you of £60 each year!

Do you provide support for my clients? Resellers are responsible for providing all support to their clients.
We are available to provide help with difficult support questions, and assist with any web server related issues that may occasionally arise.
top How do I establish new hosting accounts? We
provide you with a server access Web Host Manager (WHM) control panel. Through this you can enable new accounts (instant account activation), change hosting plans, check your sites' disc space usage & monthly data transfer, establish domain pointers/forwarders and more. To create a new account simply click on: Create a New Account Enter Domain Name Enter UserName (max. 8 characters lower case) Enter Password (max. 8 characters)
Select Hosting Plan and Click 'Create' ...new web hosting account instantly activated! You can easily change the plan for any of the hosting accounts
you have created simply by clicking on 'Upgrade / Downgrade an Account'. top How do I access my WHM control panel? Your
clients web hosting accounts can be fully managed using your Web Host Manager control panel. To access your WHM control panel: http://amber.hostservers.co.uk/whm/
(or alternatively you can replace the server address with your domain name if the DNS has resolved). When you access your WHM, you will be prompted for your username and password. top Does each client have their own web space?
When you establish web hosting for a client, you are setting them up on their own web account. Each web hosting account includes cPanel 10, site statistics, e-mail, and all the other web hosting features our web servers provide.

You can replace the server IP with the domain name when the DNS has resolved. top How do I FTP onto the server? What
is my FTP host address? The server IP address is your host address. 85.92.68.178 (If
the domain has been transferred to the new name servers, you can also use the domain name as your FTP host address). What is my Host Directory? The host directory is public_html Where should I put my files? The files go in the public_html directory. What is a User ID, or FTP User Name?
These are other names for the login, or username. Can I change my login or password?
You can change your password, but not your login. A new password can be generated in your control panel (cPanel 10), or WHM. top How do I access e-mail? To
access your e-mail from web interface (POP3/WebMail) allowing you to use any computer: http://yourdomain.co.uk/webmail/ (note the trailing slash),
or http://amber.hostservers.co.uk/webmail/ Either will go directly to WebMail without going into the control panel. (Note, for extra email accounts that it is necessary to log in with full email address as username i.e. user@yourdomain.co.uk
instead of just username). To setup Netscape Messenger/Composer After loading Netscape Composer, choose Edit and then Preferences. Click on Identity and add your personal information. Click on Mail Server. The SMTP (outgoing mail) server should be the outgoing server of your ISP's.
Your incoming mail server is mail.yourdomain.co.uk (put your username in the mail server user name box).
To setup Outlook or Outlook Express 5.x Start Outlook or Outlook Express. Click Tools and choose Accounts. In the "Internet Accounts Windows" click Add and choose Mail. Fill in your name and click Next. Click "I already have an e-mail address that I'd
like to use" and fill in your email address. Click Next. On the "Email Servers Name" page, fill in the server information. "My incoming mail server is a POP3 server." The incoming mail server
should be: mail.yourdomain.co.uk Outgoing (SMTP) Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.co.uk (enter your mailbox username in the account name field, and the password below. Click Next and then Finish). Please email us for information on setting up Claris Emailer or
Eudora.
To access the POP3 account(s) for your domain, configure your e-mail client to use the following information: Incoming (POP3) Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.co.uk
Outgoing (SMTP) Mail Server: Please use your ISP's outgoing mail server. If you are unsure what these settings should be, please contact your ISP. top What speed are the servers connected at?

domains are useful if you want access to a web site by more than one domain name. This is done through your Web Host Manager (WHM) control panel. Click on 'Park or Point a Domain', (you will need
to modify the name server settings for the domain at the registrar). top What is the preferred method of payment?
We accept payment from reseller accounts by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), Paypal, bank funds transfer or cheque. Billing is
